Nick Hughes has guided the growth of Your Planning Partners to over 100 clients in the past 5 years. With a team of consultants and coaches, YPP supports small, established business owners as they face the daily challenges of running and growing their companies.
Nick draws on his background in large corporations as well as successful small businesses in professional services, small manufacturing and retail that he co-founded with his wife, Judi. When working directly with small business owners, Nick applies his full spectrum of knowledge in business administration including IT, Human Resources and Operations.
Clients appreciate his calm confidence and practical approach to business risk. His conceptual skills are integral to the creation of various planning tools including YPP's proprietary processes, The Strategic Focus Program™ and The Business Builders Program™. His big picture thinking guides clients toward achieving their final goals.
